This listing is for a beautiful vintage Fisher Price lighted dollhouse 4400 from 1985. This dollhouse was third in a series of 1:16 scale dollhouses sold between 1977 and 1985, and featured a "remodel" giving it a front porch instead of a balcony, a pink exterior, and came in both a lighted and non-lighted version. Many of the furniture sets were re-styled to feature pastel coloring.
This house is in excellent condition, and the interior has had some fresh paint and the addition of some wallpaper (kitchen and bathroom). The only condition issue that I could detect was a few small melt-marks on the plastic floor on the third level (shown in pictures) that is easily covered with a rug.
Included are several pieces of Fisher Price furniture, 3 family figures, and several accessories including rugs, curtains, a plant, artwork, a little dog and more!
This house is perfect for those looking to complete their collection, or for someone who had this house as a child and would like to recreate all of those happy childhood memories!
