In fair condition, has some stains and thread holes from when it was tied to a backing at one time. There are fabric blocks that need replaces and seams repaired, blue sashing has some tears. Measures 78" by 90".  I try to find any defects but I can't guarantee I'll see them all. No returns unless item is not as described. This is an older item and therefor is no longer perfect as the day it was made. Save on combined shipping. Insurance will be added to the cost of shipping if necessary.
