This listing is for 5 unused 1960's greeting cards, all with Bible verses. Four are from the same manufacturer, Artistic Greetings Company.  They are printed on folded cardstock.  They all are lovely pastels, decorated with mica glitter.  WHAT is mica glitter?  It is a glitter derived from shale, that is translucent and sparkly.  Shale is a rock mineral found in the US primarily in the Western states (Utah, Colorado, Wyoming.  Mica is used today in a lot of makeup, LOL, to give a translucent glittery look.  Shale, because it is translucent, was used in the 1800's in place of glass, for a lot of items that needed something heat resistant.

The fifth card is a congratulations card, featuring an orchid with silver glitter.  It also has a Bible verse.

These cards are all unused, and all have Bible verses, and envelopes.  All display really well.

These cards are great to keep to use, or to collect.  They are really beautiful, and won't disappoint.
