Conditional item grades

Brand New- Item has no defects or imperfections. Item came as is from manufacturer.

Like New- Item has minor defects or imperfections. Item is complete-in-box. Item could be opened already. Digital content that is with item could already be used.

Very Good- Item could have minor imperfections like a light scratch or chipping. Contents within the item could be missing.

Good- Item has visible scratches all over, scuffs, rust, or a minor dent but still presentable with no major damage.

Acceptable- Item could miss a lot of packaging or damaged but still works.

I am aware that usually even Brand New items can still be defected.
