You are buying or offering to buy a vintage 1980s Sterling silver Ring in size 9 1/2 or 10. This is new old stock still has the original price tag attached but faded out.  Sold these in my gun store in the 80s. weight on my powder scale is 192 grains not grams. saved this for myself but fingers joins are too swollen now, so time to go.
