How do I install the license?
There are several ways, but the one I found to be easier is to log in into the iLO web interface on your local network and then navigate to
Administration --> Licensing.

Will this work with my HP Microserver/Proliant Gen11?
Yes, indeed. This will work with Microserver/Proliant up to Gen11. It will work on all HPE Servers that have ILO functionality.

Does this work with ILO5/ILO6?
Yes, absolutely. This works on all ILO versions from 2 up to version 6
