The Brake conversion kit comprises of everything that you will need to change from the original right hand handlebar brake switch (which is prone to fail and fall apart being over 40 years old), to a hydraulic brake switch setup. You must already be using a disc brake setup, this will NOT work on a drum brake setup.

The Kit fits the following models:-

• T140 V
• T140 E
• T120
• TR7V

What's in the kit:-

• Top and Bottom brake bundy pipes
• Brass T-piece 
• Hydraulic brake switch
• Copper sealing washer
• Connection wires with spade connectors fitted

The kit comes pre made on a jig and should fit perfectly in place but you may need to very slightly bend the pipe to fit depending on the angle of the bottom pipe fitting on your bike. 

You will need to find the brake switch wires in the headlight, cut or remove them from the plug and extend them to the switch using the wires provided.
