Customers have 30 days to return products for an exchange or refund. Items must be in the same condition and packaging as the eBay listing description. Please message us directly through eBay to obtain an RMA.
We warrant our products for 90 days unless stated otherwise. Warranties apply to manufacturer defects. The warranty does NOT apply to liquid or accidental damage. Buyer covers shipping after 30 days.
Shipping is free for most items within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding AK and HI). We ship out products the same day if purchased before 2pm eastern time. Purchases after that time will ship out by next business day.
