Tire repair method:
1. Clean the surface of the wound that needs to be replenished, then make a mark.
2. Use the sanding machine to rough the surface of the wound, the area is slightly larger than the wound.
3. Apply the glue mixed with raw rubber and gasoline (or use hot glue) evenly on the hairdressing area with a brush.
4, cut the appropriate size of raw rubber, fill it on the wound, if the wound is larger, the raw rubber will overlap.
5. Press the hot head on the raw rubber (if possible, put a thin layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber), align the wound surface with the center of the hot head, press the
 
screw and fix the tire.
6. Turn on the power switch and the power indicator will light.
7. Turn on the time switch and set it in the appropriate position. When starting cold, it can be referred to as “7”. The time during hot start can be slightly shorter. If it is not required to be timed, it can be set in the manual gear position. At this time, the hot head starts to work.
8. At the end of vulcanization, the tire repair machine automatically cuts off the power supply to the hot head.
9. Manually turn off the power switch, loosen the tire screw, carefully remove the hot head, remove the tire, and complete the entire tire repair process.
