The included adjustable bench has a saw-tooth adjustment for the back pad so you can quickly and securely switch between incline, flat, and decline positions. For your comfort, the seat pad portion also has 4 different adjustment angles. For your convenience, the transport wheels make it easy to move the bench around as necessary for your workouts. Finally, the preacher curl pad and leg developer are detachable to make space for different workouts.

Adjustable Cable Crossovers
There are 40 adjustments possible for the cable crossovers on the SM-7553 so you can set them to your ideal position. The cable crossovers are connected to two independent weight trolley systems. As a result, each side of the cable crossover can be used with different weight or allow you to properly even out your exercises.
Power Tower Features in your All-in-One Home Gym
The SM-7553 Deluxe Smith Cage Home Gym also includes traditional power tower features. Use the adjustable dip station for dips, or the multi-grip pull up station for pull-ups, chin-ups, and more. The row plate on the SM-7553 helps provide grip for your seated rows.

With so much included, the SM-7553 provides storage space so you don’t develop clutter. There are weight plate storage slots for your plates, two barbell storage posts, and storage hooks for some of your included accessories.

Bench Versatility
To add to the convenience of this all-in-one smith machine home gym, transport wheels on the bench make it easy to move the bench in between workouts. The arm curl pad and leg developer stations on the bench are detachable to maximize your space during workouts.
- The freight company takes 1 - 3 business days to pick up and provide tracking for your order.
- Please allow 14 business days (more / less depending on location) for the order to deliver (in case of hiccups during transit.) Orders normally deliver in 6 - 10 business days, but we cannot guarantee it.
- The freight company will contact you at the phone number on file with eBay to schedule a drop off date that works best for both parties (about 2 - 7 business days from pick-up)
- A phone number is needed for the freight company to schedule Delivery. If you failed to submit a number along with your address, please immediately message us directly.
- Delivery is normally only Monday - Friday during business hours. Signature is required upon delivery, if the appointment is missed, the carrier will charge a fee for re-delivery.
- This is a curbside delivery in which the driver will use a lift gate to leave your order at your curbside.
- Drivers do not assist with unpacking, setup, or delivery in to your home.
- Special requests from the freight company will incur additional service fees
- Please inspect your order before signing for it. If there is damage or your order seems incomplete, ask the driver to notate it before signing and let us know. We can contact the freight carrier to remedy the issue (please take photos in this case.)
- You may refuse the order if it appears heavily damaged, please take photos of the damage before the driver leaves (this will help us in expediting your refund.)
- If the address is changed after the order is picked up, a fee starting from $100 will be applied by the freight company (the exact amount depends on how far the new address is.)
- At times, changing the delivery address will not be possible.
- If the order is cancelled / returned after the order is picked up by the freight company, a charge for shipping will be incurred as freight companies charge to pick the order up and return it.
