Offered for sale is a beautiful example of the hard to find "Stenciled Door w/ Recessed Knob cast iron key lock safe bank.  It was manufactured sometime between 1878 and 1921 by the J. & E. Stevens Co. of Cromwell, CT, and measures approximately 4 1/4" high.  It is in excellent condition, and though it has some play wear, there are no breaks, cracks, or other damage, and no repairs, and it retains 95% of its original green and black paint finishes, and most of its gold highlights.  The key lock mechanism works smoothly and it comes with a key (not original) which works well to lock and unlock the bank.  As noted, this is a fairly rare bank (rated "C" in Holz's "The Safe Bank Book") and specimens this nice seldom come up for sale, so don't miss this opportunity to own it.
