"Count your blessings" bracelet

Made using 6mm plain black beads and 6mm white and black marble beads on cord. These are extendable so will fit any wrist.

How do they work ?

You place the bracelet on your wrist and every time you feel low or just need a boost, use each bead to count a blessing that you have in your life. It will help focus  your mind, keep you grounded and boost your mood.

I've suffered with anxiety and depression (daily mild to severe panic attacks) for years and since I've been wearing mine and I feel that anxiety kick in I count them and in the last 4 weeks since I made the first I've had 2. So for me it has helped as when I feel it coming on I count them.

Of course it doesn't have to be blessings that you count, you could count your achievements that day, the tasks you completed anything that helps you on your mental health journey.

Each bracelet will come on a card as shown with the rhyme (©Wicked Creations), they will be placed in a cello bag and have a white C6 envelope provided for gifting
