POSTAGE: This will be packed and posted in an extra large satchel/box with tracking and insurance.  I'll purchase extra insurance at my expence to cover the full purchase price you have paid, in the event that Australia Post lose or damage this in transit.  I drive everything to lodge over the counter at the post office so Australia Post can enter your mobile phone number and send you tracking and delivery updates.  Your ebay address must include your mobile phone number for this to happen. 

Ebay charge me a seller fee of 13.4% on the total sale - item and postage - so postage costs me 13.4% more than the Australia Post price.  If you think it’s unreasonable to pay what postage really costs on ebay, please don’t buy.  It already costs me more to post this than I charge you.  Thank you.

• I’m in Tasmania so postage may take longer - don’t expect overnight delivery.  
• So you’ll know your item has definitely been posted, I lodge everything at the post office so it appears on the AP tracker.
• AP don’t always scan items leaving Tasmania, so there’s often no other tracking until the mainland.
• I use new satchels, or recycled packaging for larger items.
• Tracking is included with all satchels and parcels, with coverage up to $100 in the event that AP lose or damage your item in transit.  
• If you buy multiple items I’ll combine postage.
• If you pay for multiple postage, I’ll combine postage and refund you the difference.  
• Once your item has been lodged with Australia Post it’s their responsibility.

• If AP loses the item then the SENDER (me) contacts AP and lodges a complaint.  Once AP confirm the loss, they will compensate me and I will refund you.
