The rare offprint of Hawkings further description of the characteristics of black holes. Notably, in this paper Hawking reveals his finding that black holes emit radiation as they evaporate or dissolve. 

Another example of this same offprint (except SIGNED) was auctioned by RR Auction for $11,384 in 2022. Although our example isn't embellished with the signature of the lauded physicist, it is still quite important and a sought after work.
