DESCRIPTION
The screw thread of the bull eye is worn out. Only just holds on to the thread.

The microscope illuminator, with nice round 101mm diameter base, is overall in good condition. Illuminator shows some signs of prior use. Shows superficial and small surface scratches and tarnishing at the metal parts. The glass is in overall good condition too. Shows some small scratches only. Outside diameter of the magnifier is 68mm and it is 30mm thick.
The base rod is exactly 33.5cm, 13.19” tall. C. 1870
