These
resin 3d prints have crisp detail, and don't suffer from the same layer
lines that are the bane of regular PLA prints. If you do find any, they
will be much easier to correct, as the resin is so easy to sand or
scrape with a hobby knife blade. So if you're looking for a finer finish
for your vehicles, they are definately the way to go.
There will be very
small pinhead sized lumps that may need slicing or sanding off, but
these will be mainly confined to the undersides, and are a result of the
supports needed during printing (they are printed hanging upside down
from the build plate) and are unavoidable. I do take off the majority,
but I don't want to take all the fun out of it for you!
