The watch does need to been gone through, it runs but not for long. The crystal on the watch is in good shape with signs of wear to it. The face appears to be in original shape without any work needed to be done to it. The numbers are pristine and in great shape. The gold numbers that are on the face seem to be fixed to the watch and in great shape as well. All of the hands are on and attached and move appropriately to the watch. The Hour and Minute hand still have working glow in the dark illuminate to them. 

The Case is stamped 10 M8  with a snap on stainless steel back. The case shows signs of wear around the edges as shown in pictures
