There is no maker's mark. Pattern resembles various Kirk and Stieff repousse type patterns.
Handle is in excellent condition, no dents, dings or other damage. Stainless blade has some light surface scratches and tiny pinpricks near tip on one side.
Dates to mid 20th century.
