Item is in “New With Tags Condition”. Condition and measurements shown in photos. No rips or tears. Clean with no visible stains. Belt loops, buttons, pockets, and zipper, Fasteners, etc. are all in good working condition. Measurements are always hand measured and approximate. Fabric is stretchy so measurements are low end not max.

SHIPPING:

Item ships within one business day of payment received, item ships with USPS Parcel Select or Priority Mail. Buyer pays reduced flat rate shipping. If multiple items/listings are purchased I will adjust shipping cost, if items allow. I always package my product with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.

RETURNS POLICY:

If item/items are lost, damaged, or stolen through the shipping process then the shipping carrier is liable, thus you will need to get ahold of the delivery service for refund.

If item/items are damaged/not working and it wasn’t through the shipping process then you have buyer protection through eBay, get ahold of eBay and let them know and they will provide you with a shipping label.
