Record is VG+ with some light surface marks that should not affect audio quality; Sleeve is VG with some ringwear and shelfwear on the front and back, light creasing on the front and back originating from the seams & creasing on the seams, some discoloration in areas due to age, some wear on the corners, some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS (see pictures).
