This is a great example of one of the kinetic sculptures by Curtis Jere (Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels). It looks to be made with a polished brass and has areas with wear as shown in the pictures. I would consider its condition a 8 out of 10. I have zoomed in on few areas to give you a better idea of its condition. I believe this was called "waves". The last 6 pictures are some of the other C.
