This is the standard item as used by BT Openreach all over the UK. This grey (PVCu) bend is an original replacement for the existing part. It is designed to cap off the 50mm grey underground duct that surfaces against the property.  A crucial wall cable cover to protect your underground telephone /broadband feed and other small diameter low voltage cables - up to 13mm (0.5 inch) from damage.

Normally, this cover sits over the surfaced BT 50mm underground duct.  

This cover usually sits below capping 25 & cover 101A.

This is the standard BT cable capping/cover which is common all over the UK.
