Bushing replacement process

1. Remove the right wheel and clamps, pull the right boot off the rack. We unscrew the thrust only from the rail, remove the rubber damper.
2. Unscrew the steering wheel to the right until it stops.
3. We take a building hair dryer and heat the seat of the factory nut strictly along the body office at a distance of 10-15 cm in a circular motion so that the thread sealant becomes soft. Never point the hair dryer inward at the shaft!
4. We put on the puller, insert the head at 19 and unscrew the factory nut.
5. We clean the thread from the sealant. We take sandpaper P1000 and dull the sharp edge of the chamfer on the shaft so that the kit is put on without damage.
6. We try on the kit on the shaft. If not. is inserted onto the shaft, we take P2000 sandpaper, wind it on head 17 and adjust the bushing insert so that the set is put on the shaft by hand with a little effort without play.
7. Apply a drop of sealant to the threads of the kit and screw it into the rail, lubricate the rail shaft and the sleeve itself inside.
8. We throw on the traction and twist it as it should be with a stopper.
9. We put on the boot on the seat and spin the wheel.
