Record is VG++ with a few light markings that should not effect audio quality; Sleeve is VG with some light ringwear on the front and back, some creasing on the front and back originating from the seams, a 1" tear on the spine that has creasing around it on the front and back near the upper corner, some creasing around the upper front left/back right corner, a light crease around the lower back right corner, some wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS (see pictures)
