The record is VG+/VG ~ The record has a very nice gleam, there are a few light markings on each side most of which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever, though some may cause some slight surface noise to be audible during playback.

The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some very minor ring wear, there is some slight creasing and dings to the corners and there is some writing in small font near the top right corner. (see photos)
