The chassis was put in on purpose upside down, it was made that way.
20 1/8" tall X appx 13 1/4" wide and is 7" wide. Cord looks good, Cloth on the front needs replacing.

Don't know too much about this radio, made late 30's to early 40's. Weight is 28 pounds, the cord is missing the paper insert on the end.
Radio doesn't say the brand but on Worthpoint several people has that brand on their ad.
