Camera mounting plate

 When placing the camera on the fuel tank it seems always to be in the way. 

Either knocking it or pressing on it with your chest.

There wasn't another suitable place to put the camera which would still get a good view of the dash.

The solution I found was  to have a plate manufactured to mount the camera on.

It's a sturdy and stable platform allowing the use of extension links to move the camera forward  if required to get camera in the best position to suit you.

The mount requires no drilling, simple and quick to fit.

Designed to work with standard Ducati steering dampers and top fork clamp.

 I use a Go Pro camera but I'm sure it could be used for other makes such as the Drift Ghost range.

One of the pictures shows an example of a RAM mount fitting being used.

This could be used for other equipment such as Sat Nav's / Traffic safety cameras or lap timers.

The buyer would be responsible for drilling any holes for the fitting of other mountings on to the plate.  

Plate is CNC profiled from 4 mm aluminium.

Kit now comes with plastic nut covers,see photos.

Matches the top fork clamp finish. 

Doesn't look out of place on what is a expensive and great looking motorcycle.   

Allows action camera to be mounted onto secure and stable base. 

It is the buyer or end users responsibility to ensure the mounting for the camera is secure on the mounting plate.

I will not be responsible for any loss of equipment. 

As with mounting a camera anywhere on a motorcycle please use a security tether.

 No Limits and Focused events are not allowing tank mounted cameras.
