Korean producer and DJ Night Tempo is one of the key figures behind the Japanese city pop boom that has been sweeping the world. A compilation CD of Showa idol pops re-edits that have been distributed and released as part of the "Showa Groove Series" is now available.
In addition to the two re-edits of Kudo Shizuka, Wink, Saito Yuki, and BaBe, Night Tempo has selected 4 new re-edits of Showa idol pop songs selected by Night Tempo for this compilation CD.
The compilation album will be released as a 12-song compilation album, and all of the songs on the album will be released on CD for the first time. The jacket was also drawn by tree 13, a Korean illustrator who has created a series of artwork for the Showa Groove series.
