MATTED 5X7 STAMPS FOR BOY SCOUTS

The top stamp, the first to honor the Boy Scouts was issued in 1950 in Valley Forge PA for opening day of the 1950 Boy Scout Jamboree there.  The bottom stamp, designed by Norman Rockwell, was issued in1960 in Washington, D.C.to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Boy Scouts. Matting is black textured.  Both stamps are mounted in acid-free protective plastic mounts for protection.  

All stamps are unused US Postage stamps and this item will fit in any standard 5 inch by 7 inch frame. Shipping is $ 2.00
