Hello and welcome to my auction!

Here we have a very rare hand signed poster by Stewart Moskowitz.

I did some work for Stewart when our offices were in the same building in Santa Monica, CA.

He gifted me some original posters that he also signed for me.

The copy reads “The P.P.F.A. (Professional Picture Framers Association ) 9th Annual International Convention and Expo, July 7-12, 1979, Las Vegas Hilton.

Under that it says STEWART MOSKOWITZ FINE ART IS PUBLISHED AND DISTRIBUTED WORLDWIDE BY: CHEWIE NEWGUTT & COMPANY, INC. 225 SANTA MONICA BOULEVARD, SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA 90401 CONCEPTION AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY MICHAEL AMMANN / LITHOGRAPHY BY GRAPHIC ARTS SYSTEMS, BURBANK, CALIFORNIA.

I guess Stewart went to the convention and met that framers and autographed them for the attendees.

Or, he could have been asked to create a poster for the event.

Anyhow, he gave me one and signed it in pencil lower left.

Obviously, framers were very important to Stewart because as a print maker, his work was being bought all over the world.

The poster measures 18” wide x 24” tall.

It is printed on heavy card stock.

His last name at the top of the poster is printed in a shiny metallic silver ink.

The rest of the colors are photorealistic.

One of his little butterfly characters is in the lower left by the slot machines winnings.

His world famous All American Rabbit on roller skates is featured at the top of the slot machine instead of cherries or other icon symbols of gambling.

There are one or two minor browning stains on the side margins and some crimps in the paper that should pretty much disappear when framed.

A very unique piece for the Moskowitz collector and/or framer.

Any questions? Feel free to ask!

Enjoy!

Paypal and Ebay pay only.

Final shipping and material charges will be determined after you pay. Ebay shipping calculator doesn’t add shipping material charges. Any credits or refunds will be determined after the auction. If you have a problem with my policies, please do not bid.

***Please note: we do our best giving descriptions of new and used pieces. Regarding the sale of musical instruments, we have found it impossible to describe every mark on an instrument or amp that is not in the "mint" category. Also, what's important to you may not be important to someone else. For example, you may say, "I don't care what it looks like as long as it plays or sounds well." Another person may say, "Body cosmetics are very important to me so tell me about every scratch, nick and blemish." So, please ask the questions that are most important to you. If you ask they will be answered. They are free and there's no limit. Additional photos can also be made available. No returns for sizes so check measurements carefully.

***My shipping policy is simple.

I FIRST MUST DETERMINE THE FULL COSTS TO YOUR SPECIFIC ADDRESS AND WHAT SHIPPER TO USE AFTER I BOX THE ITEM AND KNOW THE FULL WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS!!! I WILL SEND YOU AN UPDATED INVOICE ONCE I HAVE PAID FOR THE SHIPPING MATERIALS AND DETERMINE WHICH SHIPPER IS THE CHEAPEST AND BEST OPTION. ALSO, I NEED TO CALCULATE THE ADDED CHARGE FOR INSURING THE ITEM BASED ON ITS FINAL SALE PRICE. SOME OF THE ITEMS I SELL ARE EXPENSIVE AND HEAVY. THEY COST MONEY TO SHIP! IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH MY POLICY, DO NOT BID. I HAVE OVER 4K POSITIVE TRANSACTIONS AND ALWAYS DO MY BEST FOR MY CUSTOMERS. THANKS!

I purchase boxes and shipping materials and charge the buyer for them at  cost. This does not show up in the Ebay shipping calculator. Neither does the insurance cost. So do not bid if you have a problem with it costing more that what is listed. I always find the best and cheapest shipper depending on the destination and size of the boxes. I have used FedEx, USPS and UPS. They are have their strengths and weaknesses. Because of these factors, sometimes I  setting a flat shipping price just in case some of you don't read my policy. I will refund any overage if the charges are less and expect you to fairly pay if the charges are more. All receipts will be scanned and shared with you.

***It is our policy to require a signature on delivery of all musical instruments we sell. Please let us know if you prefer no signature required when ordering or we will automatically require a signature.
