Well made and sturdy. I think they originally held curtains but could be repurposed to hold other things. One has a round hook looking part on it. They are used. And they have a lot of rust. So could use a coat of paint. They are missing their bracket. And they have scuffs, stains and wear. So not perfectly new but built to outlast us. Please see photos for condition.
