Vintage 80s 90s Black Tiered Ruffled Frilly Party Mini Dress Big Bow Puff Sleeve XS

This vintage 80s / 90s party dress is made from a black acetate with a silky satin finish. Its layered skirt has three tiers of ruffles with a layer of stiff tulle underneath to give it extra fullness. The ruched bodice is extremely flattering to the figure and features a center panel made of black velvet with gold embellishment. Love those puffed sleeves! This dress zips in back. 

Regarding condition, Overall, the dress looks great with no stains, holes or obvious loose seams. BUT PLEASE NOTE:  There is elastic in the tops of the sleeves that is meant to cinch them to your shoulders, but that elastic is completely stretched out so the sleeves don't stay up. For the photos, we've tied the inside hanger hanging loops together in back to keep the sleeves up, but the dress is supposed to tie in back. Replacing the elastic is a relatively simple fix that can be done by those with even novice sewing skills.
