RARE PIPPA DAWN HOUSE WITH DOLLS AND FURNITURE
Great set, some wear to some of the furniture.
1. Kitchen sink is missing taps
3. Sideboard is missing one leg
4. Toilet does nor stand on its own
5. Wardrobe has stickers on it
The dolls are in played with condition, most of the clothes and items
look to be Pippa doll, not all are.
The house is made of card and in good condition for age,
it's 21 1/2 inch's square x 8 inch's high.
