Beautiful 2 Piece set. Blue & black sleeveless dress has bias cut for a flowy style and slight flare at hem.
Top is a sheer blue chiffon with one button closure and dress fabric edging.
My MIL wore it to a wedding in 1998 and that was probably the only time it was used!
