I don't know where this was made.  It does not have a label to tell anything about it.  I got it at an estate sale.  If I had to guess it was hand made. It has "Love, Kimi" inscribed on the right leg.  It does not say John Elway on the back of the jersey.  But, it is his number.  As I said the helmet style looks like the 1968 to 1996 version to me.  But, I am not an expert.
