    Shipping

    We ship FedEx ground. After your payment you will receive a FedEx tracking number, that does not mean the item has left our warehouse yet. Please be aware it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The FedEx tracking number will become active at some time during the 6-10 day period.
    
    If your order was placed within the past 3-5 business days, please allow time to process your order, we are closed weekends. Orders placed after regular business hours Monday-Friday are not received and will not begin processing until the next business day. FedEx will email the tracking number to you directly. The FedEx email should have your tracking number in the subject line. That email is sent to the email address used when placing your order, please be sure to check the correct address. Please be aware it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The FedEx tracking number will become active at some time during that period.
    
    Sorry, we cannot ship internationally (except Canada) or to APO and PO Boxes. Please note that we do not ship outside the contiguous United States (No shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc). Only Tennessee residents will be charged state sales tax. Unless otherwise stated, our Canadian customers will only be charged a shipping rate of $30 (or $50 noted on certain items) but there are Canadian taxes or surcharges that may apply to your purchase. If you are having the item shipped outside the USA, please do not purchase unless you are willing to pay the extra tax or surcharge.     At Premier Appliance we want to make purchasing easy and comfortable as possible. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal for all of our customers. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective. In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product we ask you to contact us right away, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction.
    
    The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, shipping address, model number, order number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund.
    
    Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will mail you a pre paid label. Once you receive it, please email us so we will be able to track the package back to our warehouse.
    
    Please include all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories.
    
    Please make sure to write your RA number clearly on the box. Refunds are issued an average of 7 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After we issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner, PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases.
