Up for sale here is this used vintage Astron Minimite paper capacitor, dated 1961 and Made in USA. This is marked 8 uf 450v. It will test higher and will show voltage leakage. I would recommend bringing it up on a Variac, but you will probably have to restuff it. This is used but has nice long leads. It has light overall wear but nothing too bad. I picked up a bunch of these 8 uf 450v Astron Minimite caps from an estate--no idea why he had so many of these particular caps, but it's your lucky day! Please see my pictures for details.
