CONDITION ISSUES: SMALL TIP ON TOP OF MOUNTING FLANGE IS BROKEN OFF.  WHITE PAINT ON FLOW CONTROL ICONS ARE BRIGHT AND NOT FADED.

GOOD CONDITION. CLEAN AND READY TO INSTALL.
