ITEM DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a iPad Pro 11 inch 1st 2nd 3rd 4th Gen LCD Repair service. We will only replace the LCD.

HOW IT WORKS: You ship your iPad to us, we replace the glass in 3 to 5 days and ship it back.  It's that simple!

SHIPPING:  You will be responsible for shipping cost when sending the iPad to us. Please make sure it is properly packaged for we will not be liable for any lost or damaged iPads. We will however pay for shipping when returning the iPads. Please make sure to provide us with your Ebay ID and contact information somewhere inside the packaging. Direct message if expedited delivery is required.

WARRANTY: All our repairs come with a 1 Year warranty on parts and labor as long as there are no signs of physical damage (that includes water damage). Warranty claims will not include shipping fees.

DATA BACKUP: Please make sure to backup your data on to your iCloud. Replacing the screen shouldn't affect your storage but on very rare occasions data could be lost.

PASSWORD: We highly recommend removing the passcode to allow us to thoroughly test the watch and make sure everything is working properly. If you come across any issues but chose not to remove or give us your passcode then you will be responsible for shipping if any additional work is required.

BATTERY: Please make sure your battery is charged. If your battery is not charged we may not be able to guarantee specified time frame due to the volume of repairs we receive.

BENT OR DAMAGED CORNERS: We will unbend damaged corners to make the new digitizer fit properly on the frame. However this does not mean we are going to leave your corners "like new". We will make a diligent effort to keep your corners as clean as possible but some corners might be a little rough depending on the damage.

FACE ID : On some very rare occasions the FACE ID might stop working after replacing the screen. Depending on the damage to the glass and where the damage by the FACE ID Camera or Flex is. We will not be responsible for your FACE ID if it stops working. Your FACE ID will only work with the iPad's original front Camera. In the event that we are required to replace your Front Camera, know that your Camera will still work but your Face ID will not.
