If you never handled one of these here is a brief walk through. This is called a bump-m-go. You place it on the floor and the front spinning wheel sends the car in different directions. The back wheels spin it forward and when it "bumps" an object it spins and moves a different direction. Also the rear engine compartment has flashing lights. There is some from the same company that has a corded remote control and this is not one of them. Requires 2x large "D" batteries. There is a ruler in the photos that show the size (about 9" front to back). There is a dent on the roof and corner (shown in photo). Some hazing and a small crack on the corner of the windshield. All of the bug's features worked when tested. The front wheel spin around as well as the back. The lights were flashing in the engine compartment. The pain is bright and shinny. The inside paint is as well. Looks to be collected and not a toy. The scratches on the body is most likely due to storage.
