Buyer must verify the part is correct before placing the order. All of our listings are specific by part number. The customer must know their part number and purchase accordingly. No returns will be accepted on computer software, written/published material or electrical components.

    Absolutely no returns on electrical components. This policy is in place because often we can't tell if a returned electrical part has internal damage. This is an industry return standard to protect buyers from previously returned electrical items, improperly installed or damaged by user error.
