- All returns must be packaged properly. We do not send or issue call tags.
- Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.
- Items returned after purchase due to key-in error, incorrect purchase or omission will incur a 20% restocking.
Below are the established requirements for all returns in accordance with return policies.
If the item was damaged or faulty, please provide photos of the item you received. Sumex reserves the right to approve customers to return or cancel an order for reasons other than a warranty claim. Sumex reserves the right to charge a customer restocking and/or handling fee equal to the actual restocking and/or handling fee charged to Sumex by the third-party carrier provider for the returned Item (“Restocking Fee”).
In the case that the item is returned USED, a restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged.
In the case that the item is returned Damaged, destroyed, or altered from its original factory condition (NEW AND UNUSED), a restocking fee of 100% of the original purchase price will be charged
