The module has the following features:
●84x48 dot matrix LCD, which can display 4 lines of Chinese characters.
The serial interface is used to communicate with the main processor, and the number of interface signal lines is greatly reduced, with only 8 signal lines including power and ground. It supports various serial communication protocols (such as SPI of AVR microcontroller, serial mode 0 of MCS51, etc.), and the transmission rate is up to 4Mbps, and the display data can be written at full speed without waiting time.
●The module can be connected to the printing plate via conductive adhesive without connecting cables, and the module can be fixed to the printing plate using the metal hook on the module, thus making it very easy to install and replace.
●The LCD controller/driver chip is bound to the LCD wafer, and the size of the module is small.
The module is powered by low voltage, and the operating current during normal display is less than 200μA, and it has a power-down mode.
