Orange Marmalade with Whisky
Make Sunday morning special! Enhanced by the addition of a wee dram of whisky at the end of its cooking, this is a wonderfully rich and smooth marmalade. Spread onto hot buttered toast, crumpets or breakfast pastries it imparts a lovely warm glow whilst reading the Sunday papers.
Strawberries with Gin Conserve
Bursting with fresh strawberry flavour, with a dash of gin giving aromatic warmth. One of our exciting new products for 2021.
Cumberland Chutney with Craft Ale
Flavoursome apple and date chutney with gluten-free craft ale. All the flavours of a bygone Cumberland. A pleasing combination of apples and dates spiced with ginger and mace, and sweetened with demerara sugar – all ingredients traditionally imported into Cumbrian ports in the 18th century.
Gluten free.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for coeliacs.
Free from genetically modified (GM) ingredients.
Prepared in premises where mustard and sulphites are used.
Important Note: We now use spirit vinegar in our recipes instead of distilled malt vinegar. Any products labelled with batch number 5672 upwards are made using spirit vinegar. Jar labels may still state distilled malt vinegar and will be updated as new label stock is purchased.
