When a dispute is raised, a 3rd party (eBay) acts as a mediator; hence an added level of complexity and additional timescales imposed by eBay, come into play, which may delay your issue being resolved.
- 6. ALL our software products come with FREE Technical Support, and no returns/refunds will be entertained unless the Buyer has used our Remote Technical Support Services and allowed our Technical support team to troubleshoot any issues with their software.
- 7. All returns must be authorized by us and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
