Clock runs, although, I cannot set the time. Has a 60 second sub-dial.

Porcelain face of the clock has some discolor. Not sure if the line near the number 9 is a crack ? or if it is just discolor. Beveled glass with some scuffs, tiny chip under the glass - bezel hides most of it.
