You will receive a package of 25 Brand New, Unused protocols.  Some packages will be in new unopened original packaging, while others may be repackaged/combined from multiple other opened packages.  But rest assured you will received the quantity in the listing and in new unused condition.  

In most cases, the pictures provided will be of the exact item that you will receive.  However, when multiple items are available, you may see stock photos or a generic photo used to represent the item/package that you are purchasing.  In these instances, if you would like to receive a picture of the exact item that you will receive, please let us know prior to purchase and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request in a timely manner.
