Featured here is an authentically signed George H.W. Bush White House vignette.  Matted and framed with a color photograph of President Bush.  The photograph is an official White House photograph.  The vignette was signed in person for me on September 6, 1990, when the President visited Kansas for a campaign stop for the Governor whom I worked for at the time.  Beautifully double matted with foam board behind it.  In very good condition.  The appearance of toning on the edges of the vignette is only in the picture and not on the item itself.  The item has no toning at all.
