Input voltage:  DC12-DC15V  (suitable for 12V car battery)

Output voltage:DC5V-DC12V (adjustable). 

Open the PSU top cover, will see a blue adjust pot on the power supply board.

When output 5V. the Maximum current 3A,

When output 9V. the Maximum current about 2A.

When output 12V, the Maximum current  about 1A, ( under 14V input.)

If  just DC12V input. the max voltage only can be adjust at about 10.5V. but usually the car battery will be about 14V when car is running.
