Unidentified heart shaped pink stone (4mm x 5mm) but it doesn’t glow under UV so not a ruby

Maybe a pink sapphire?

Surrounded by (9) 1mm seed pearls

I polished these up some to see the gold underneath but they need a professional cleaning
